How to request account deletion
Email us from the email address associated with your PikTak account:
Support email: piktakusa@gmail.com
In your email, please include:
- Subject:
PikTak Account Deletion Request - Account email: the email you used to sign in to PikTak
- Optional: reason for deletion (optional)
What data is deleted
When we process your deletion request, we delete or permanently remove access to the following data associated with your account:
- Your account profile (e.g., email/username and profile fields stored by PikTak)
- Photos you uploaded to PikTak
- Pins, notes, and metadata you created on photos
- Sharing relationships involving your account (photos shared by you and photos shared with you)
What data may be retained
We may retain limited information only when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:
- Records necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Security logs (if applicable) for a limited period
Deletion timeframe
We will complete account deletion requests within 7 days.
