How to request account deletion
If you still have access to the PikTak app, submit an account deletion request from inside the app:
- Open the PikTak app.
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the account deletion option and submit the request.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Email piktakusa@gmail.com.
- Use the subject
PikTak Account Deletion Request. - Include the email address associated with your PikTak account.
What data is deleted
When we process your deletion request, we delete or permanently remove access to the following data associated with your account:
- Your account profile (e.g., email/username and profile fields stored by PikTak)
- Photos you uploaded to PikTak
- Pins, notes, and metadata you created on photos
- Sharing relationships involving your account (photos shared by you and photos shared with you)
What data may be retained
We may retain limited information only when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as:
- Records necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Security logs (if applicable) for a limited period
Deletion timeframe
We will complete account deletion requests within 7 days.
